Peter Obi Grieving Simon Ekpa’s Arrest by Finish Police, Reno Omokri Alleges

Controversial former presidential aide, Reno Omokri on Tuesday alleged that Peter Obi, Labour Party’s 2023, presidential candidate is grieving the arrest of factional leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Simon Ekpa.

Omokri in a post on X said Obi has been silent since the Finish Police arrest Ekpa for instigating violence using his social media channels.

According to him, Obi who has been very vocal about Nigeria’s economy, has kept mute since News broke on the nation’s GDP growth rate.

He said, “GDP growth rate increases to 3.46%. Unemployment reduces to 4.3%.

“JBS announces it will invest $2.5 billion in Nigeria. Non-oil revenue hits a record of ₦10.33 trillion for the first eight months of 2024, and Net foreign exchange inflow onto Nigeria’s economy rose by 67.8% to $27.6 billion in the first half of 2024 from $16.44 billion in 2023.

“But Peter Obi is silent. Perhaps he is grieving the arrest of Simon Ekpa by the Finnish government!” Ekpa posted.
