PDP Governor Showers Praise on Tinubu, Thanks Others for Support

Akwa Ibom State Governor Umo Eno has expressed his appreciation to President Bola Tinubu and Nigerians for their outpouring of love, support, and prayers for him, his family, and the people of Akwa Ibom.

Speaking at a service of songs held in honour of his late wife, Patience Eno, the governor, a member of the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) thanked President Tinubu and others for their kindness and generosity.

The event was part of the funeral ceremonies held at the governor’s country home in Ikot Ekpene Udo, Nsit Ubium Local Government Area.

Notable attendees including the immediate past Governor of Akwa Ibom, Udom Emmanuel, and his wife, Martha, attended the event to pay their respects to the late First Lady.

Pastor Patience Eno passed away on September 26 after a brief illness.
