Lagos based retired but not tired footballers, have dusted their soccer boots in readiness for the maiden edition of the 2-day Sean Pee Allstars Football tournament, which begins Friday at the CMS Primary School, Bariga, Lagos.

The invitational tournament sponsored by the youthful and football loving Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation Hon. Oluwaseun Osiyemi fondly called Sean Peeby his admirers, would see 8 Allstars teams doing battle for the N1million grand prize.
The teams expected to relive fond memories of their active playing days have been divided into two groups of four teams each. Teams in group A are, Bariga Allstars, Oworo Allstars, Akoka Allstars and Fadeyi Allstars.
In group B, Obanikoro Allstars, Yabatech Allstars, Love Garden Allstars and 68 Allstars would trade tackles.
The Coordinator of the football event, Engr. Waidi Akanni, enthused greatly about the event, which he stated would be exciting, intense and memorable, with lots of glitz, music, food and entertainment.
