Nollywood actress and model Annie Macaulay, formerly known as Annie Idibia, has touched down in Zimbabwe ahead of a high-profile event.
On Friday, May 30, Annie posted a video from her flight, sharing the news with her fans that she was on her way to Zimbabwe to attend the “Zimbabwe Unrecognised Men & Women in Business Prestigious Awards and Business Luncheon,” scheduled for Saturday, May 31.
The actress, who is a mother of two, revealed that she had been invited as an International Guest of Honour. In her caption, she wrote:
“Zimbabweans and all my Nigerian friends based in Zimbabwe , join me on the 31st of May 2025 at 📍7 Teviotdale Rd Borrowdale West in Harare , Zimbabwe.”
Following her arrival, Annie posted several clips to her Instagram Story, capturing the moment she was warmly welcomed into the country. One of the videos showed a lively scene with traditional drummers and a cheering crowd, including children, all eager to receive the celebrated actress.
