Body of Arise TV reporter, Sommie Maduagwu, laid to rest (video)

 

 

The body of Sommie Maduagwu, the Arise TV News anchor and former beauty queen, who d!ed during a robbery incident in her Abuja residence in September, has been laid to rest.

 

 

 

Her body was interred in her family compound at Agulu, Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra state today October 18 after the funeral Mass at St Theresa’s Catholic Church, Agulu.

 

 

 

 

 

She was buried in the presence of family members, relatives, friends, colleagues, and other dignitaries, including the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.

 

 

 

May her soul rest in peace, Amen.
