All is now for the 38th edition of Dala Hard Court Tennis Championship scheduled to hold in Kano from November 20 – 29, 2025.
According to the tournament Director, Dr. Yusuf Datti, the preliminary rounds will be held between 21st and 23rd November, while the main draw will kick off on Monday, 24th November. The tournament will climax the finals and closing ceremony on 29th November 2025.

He said this year’s budget for the tournament is projected to be higher than that of the previous edition, due to the general increase in the cost of goods and services.

The championship continues to enjoy strong backing from its principal sponsors: TGI Group, First Bank Plc, and Fidelity Bank Plc, along with support from other corporate organisations and individuals.
As in previous years, Dala Hard Court Championship remains the only tennis tournament in Nigeria that provides accommodation and feeding for both national officials and participating players.
This year’s edition will feature over 200 players, including the top 10 ranked male players and top 10 ranked female players who have been invited to compete in the main draw.
The Executive Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Engr. Abba Kabir Yusuf is expected to be the special guest of Honour at the closing ceremony of the championship.
